THE ROAD
Road Rage: Introduction
These web pages contain a programme intended to help you change attitudes that may cause you to overreact to stressful incidents while driving. When you alter these attitudes and beliefs, you lower the duration, frequency and intensity of your tension while you are driving. As your stress reaction lowers, so will the chances of you suffering from stress-related illnesses.
People who get cross and irritable when they experience provocative driving behaviour in other drivers will learn strategies to follow to avoid trouble on the road. For those who do suffer from road rage, in all its manifestations, the changes proposed here may prove life-saving. Anyone who reads and understands should experience less anger while driving.
